It’s just phase 4.

i have been on phase 4 since April, and thought I would share a few things I have learned.image

  1. This is not a drill
  2. Having a splurge meal is not cheating
  3. A bad day should never turn into 2 bad days
  4. I am human, and I love carbs… But I don’t love them more than myself!
  5. Exercise is a must, not a maybe
  6. Life is full of twists and turns, but you don’t have to let it derail you
  7. Planning does not stop… EVER
  8. Cooking is fun
  9. Don’t let the TV be your primary source of entertainment
  10. And, my favorite, find an accountability partner, and work it with someone!

this program isn’t for sissies!  But I am here to tell you, I eat what I want, I have two rules.  The first is I am only allowed two cheat meals a week, never on the same day, and the second rule is the weight must be gone before the next one.

Life isn’t about the next meal.  This is tough for me!  It’s about enjoying everything!!!
