Today is Day 3 of my refocus, and I am already back down to my goal weight.
5 pounds back under control. See, it’s not simply fat… a lot of it is water, and mostly it’s just loosing focus and pulling your head on straight and getting it done.
Taking my vitamins, logging my food, and making sure I get my steps in.
It’s knowing that this program WORKS that keeps me motivated. Maintaining goal weight is not about being the perfect dieter. It’s about knowing when you are WAY off course, and making a correction quickly.
Don’t let 5 become 10. Don’t be afraid to ask your coach for help. Make yourself accountable to someone. And for goodness sake, do not let other people’s negative BS take you farther down the rabbit whole.
The naysayers are watching everything I do, looking for a slip up, and ready to pounce with the “I told you it would be impossible to keep all that weight off.”
DO NOT GIVE THEM THE SATISFACTION!!!!!!!!
It is not impossible. It’s not always easy, but you can do it!!!!!
