Stuffed Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts (roughly 6-80z each) butterflied 3/4 of the way, like a deep pocket

1.5 cups protocol tomato sauce

5 garlic cloves, minced

green onions

3 cups spinach

olive oil spray

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray olive oil into a saute pan and add garlic first and then green onions and spinach sauteeing until soft.
  3. Stuff the spinach mixture into the chicken breasts and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Cover the chicken breast with tomato sauce and place in the over covered in tinfoil for 30-35 minute.
  5. Remove and enjoy warm.
