Make a list!

I like goals and lists; I always have. I am the person who writes a 100 list of experiences I want to have in a 1 year period. Writing things down is a way for me to make a written commitment to myself and to the goals I am laying out and my health goals are no different.

The last couple months I have found myself swept up in work and life, but I have still made a point to log my food in my fitness pal, but I want more. I am reaccessing how I am recording and making lists of things. Each day is a choice, but I want to do better than that.

My current list:

  1. Do something physical each day
  2. Record all of my meals each day
  3. Research new healthy recipes
  4. Make sure to drink all your water and take vitamins.
