I am a person who likes to write everything down; shopping lists, client assignments for the day, favorite band names, and what I’m eating. I have found when I am most successful with following a plan is when I write down all the food I plan to eat for the day, first thing in the morning. I like being able to see the distribution of all my calories for the day and then I have a structure to follow.
On the days that I am going out for the evening, I like to plot out everything I plan to eat before then. I then have a better idea of what I will have allocated for later.
